STEP 1 - Assess and select
Pouring petrol into a diesel tank will destroy your engine. We pride ourselves in results, and for that simple reason we need to assess and confirm our compatibility with each other.
We assess your leadership, motivation and execution with a 2 step approach. This is then followed by a similar assessment of the key people in your organisation. We call this the ENGAGEMENT leg of our journey. When we have a clear picture of the gaps between current reality and your desired performance. We have also gained a good understanding of your business and operations, ready to move to the next step.
STEP 2 - Guided discovery
Armed with information we can face the challenges head on. We build from the bottom up in line with our time tested model. This might mean that we have to tear down, before we can build the business that will give you your 10x performance. We call this the IMPROVEMENT leg of our journey. We have defined and aligned the key components of your business and operations, we are ready to move to the next step.
STEP 3 - Measure what matters
The first 2 steps gave us the blue print for the execution of the plan for your 10x growth. This is the most exciting, but also the most difficult stage of our journey. Things will go wrong and things will go right, we will experiment, deviate and innovate, and with a little bit of luck we will reach the destination, 10x growth. We call this the GROWTH leg of our journey.
